Registration

  • Setup and teardown bar. Graduates of KCIC School of Bartending.
  • Fancy Manners and Clean Shirts! :)
  • Cleanup, breakdown.
  • Cash, cards, guest list
  • Cleanup, breakdown, walk out with Nancy. NOTE: Nancy will tell you that you can leave. DO NOT LEAVE. If you cannot make it, please find a replacement - do not contact Nancy about it.
  • Use Square and carefully account for merch owned by multiple artists.
  • Under explicit instructions from the event coordinator (Lunasa: Kelly Dougherty), place tables, chairs, and any decor. Please be prepared to follow the event coordinator's setup instructions. Every event setup will be different and will require new instructions. Your name will be on the guest list for the next day.
  • Mind the catering table

Lúnasa in Concert

Journey back to Ireland this Christmas season with the Celtic band Lúnasa, joined by special guest Ashley Davis. Hosted by the band’s renowned MC and teller of tall stories Kevin Crawford, join us for an evening of Irish music and storytelling with a band that is internationally recognized as being the finest traditional Irish instrumental band of recent times. Lúnasa is composed of:

Kevin Crawford – flute
Cillian Vallely – pipes
Colin Farrell – fiddle
Patrick Doocey – guitar
Trevor Hutchinson – bass

Tickets:

General Admission – $25 ($30 at door). Doors open at 7:30pm
 VIP – $45 ($50 at door if available). Doors open at 6:15pm. VIP tickets include early entry, preferential seating and a pre-show band meet-and-greet.
